Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of liquidity, solvability, company size, and KAP reputation on the going concern audit opinion. The study population is manufacturing company listed in BEI in 2011-2013 which is obtained by purposing sampling method. Data for this study is the secondary data from Indonesia Stock Exchange using logistic regression analysis. The result of this study proves that solvability is affected going concern audit opinion. On the other hand, liquidity, company size, and KAP reputation do not do so.
