Abstract

This study aims to factors affecting Bond Rating on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2013. The population in this study is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were selected using purposive sampling method. The study sample was 15 companies obtained by the method of observation for 3 years so that the total sample of 45 samples. Hypothesis testing using ordinal regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The test results show that the first hypothesis (H1) stated that the liquidity effect on bond ratings, rejected. The second hypothesis (H2) stated profitability affect the bond rating received. Third hypothesis (H3) stated laverage affect the bond rating, the hypothesis is rejected and the fourth (H4) expressed activity affect bond ratings, rejected.
