Abstract

This watchfulness aims to detect Principles Implementation Good Governance in Organization Nirlaba at Church Methodist Indonesia In Palembang. Principles that used that is transparancy, accountibility, responsibility, independency, and fairness. Testing is done towards 10 Church samples Methodist Indonesia at city Palembang. In evaluate principles implementation good governance, author uses primary data that is kuesioner. This watchfulness result uses instrument kuesioner, where does principles implementation variable good governance in organization nirlaba at Church Methodist City Indonesia Palembang as big as 93,3%. This matter has showed that principles implementation good governance in organization nirlaba at church methodist city Indonesia in Palembang indirectly carried out well.
