Abstract

The writing of the Pratical Work report discusses the stages of planning and development of the project in the form of shophouses in the city of Palembang carried out by PT. Maju Motor Group. Initially, PT. Maju Motor itself operates in the automotive sector and as time goes by, this company began to develop , opening new branches which operate in the architectural in the form of real estate or property with a team working on development projects with a team working on development projects from PT. Maju Motor Group has many practical and theoretical activities that can be learned as well as experience working as a team both in the office and in the project field. As an architect working in the field of Architectural Drafters who is in charge and responsible for projects from PT. Maju Motor Group Palembang also assists in the work in the form of working drawings strating from pre-working drawins, working drawings to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) network working drawings.
