Abstract
The purpose of this research was to prove whether had influence organizational commitment to the link between budgetary participation and budgetary slack. The objeck of this research was the middle managers of manufacture company in Palembang. This research was done through guetioner as the data instrument. This research was used software R statistical versi 2.11.1. The analysis was started by validity testing and reallibility then it was continued by classic assumption testing. Hypothesis testing by MRA method. The result showed do not support the hypothesis, is organizational commitment does not affect the budgetary participation and budgetary slack
