Study is to examine the financial performance testing there is differences between the State Bank and Private Bank. The population of this study is the Banking Companies which already listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were prescribed by using purposive sampling. Samples were obtained as many as 28 companies.Hypothesis testing are using test differences with SPSS method. The Test results showing that the first hypothesis (H1) there is differences on Gross Profit Margin between State Bank and Private Bank, Accepted. Second Hypothesis (H2) shows differences on Net Profit Margin between State Bank and Private Bank, Denied. Third Hypothesis (H3) shows differences on Quick Ratio between State Bank and Private Bank, Denied. Forth Hypothesis (H4) shows differences on Banking Ratio between State Bank and Private Bank, Denied. Fifth Hyphotesis (H5) Shows differences on Debt ratio between State Bank and Private Bank, Denied. Sixth Hypothesis (H6) shows differences on Debt To Equality Ratio between State Bank and Private Bank. Denied.
