Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of this type of work on the relationship between emotional intelligence level of understanding of accounting. The file used in this research is a primary file collected through questionnaires that can be analyzed. The population in this study is a university in the city of Palembang. The sample set by using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis method. The result show that the type of work does not effect the relationship between emotional intelligence level of understanding of accounting.
