Abstract
This research aims to examine the effect profitability, size and growth of company to bond rating. The population this research are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample determine by using purposive sampling method. Sample of this research obtain are as much 15 companies with observation period of 3 years so total of sample become 45. Testing the hypothesis using ordinal regression method with the help of SPSS version 17,0. The test results show the first hypothesis (H1) which state that profitability effect on bond rating, declined. Second hypothesis (H2) that state size of company effect on bond rating, accepted and third hypothesis (H3) that state growth of company effect on bond rating, accepted.
