Abstract

Hemoglobin Is An Examination That Is Often Requsted In The Hematology Laboratory. Hemoglobin Level Axamination Plays An Important Role In Astablishing The Diagnosis Of A Disease. This Study Axamined Blood Hemoglobin Levels With No Secondary Homogenization 8 Times. Objective : Knowing The Difference In The Results Of The Examination Of Blood Hemoglobin Levels With Non-Homogenized Secondary And Secondary Homogenizes 8 Times After Being Left For 10 Minutes. Methods :This Type Of Research Is Pre-Exprimental With A Static Group Subjcts Of This Study Were 30 Respondents Who Had Met The Inclusion And Exclusion Criteria. The Blood Sample Was Then Frozen. The EDTA Blood Sample Was Then Axamined In The First Way After Primary Homogenization Was Immedietely Examined And The Second Was Left For 10 Minutes And Then Secondary Homogenized. The Examination Method Is The BCC Method. The Data Were Analized Using The Paired T Test Statistical Test. Result :Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) Levels In Blood Serum Are Still Within Normal Limits. The Normality Test Shows That The Data Normally Distributed, So The Test The Results Of The Hypothesis Indicate That There Is A Sigmificant Difference Between Hemoglobin Levels And Secondary Unhomogenized 8 Times And Allowed To Stand 10 Minutes And Then Checked With A Significant Value (Sig. Tailed) 0.000 <0,05. Conclusion :The Results Of The Study Can Be Concluded That There Are Differences In Hemoglobin Levels With Non-Homogenized Secondary 8 Times And Those That Were Left For 10 Minutes Were Immedistely Axamined. Sussestion. Suggestion: Variation Of Waiting Time Is More Than 10 Minutes Or Less Than 10 Minutes And The Inspection Is Carried Out Immediately If Is Delayed, Do Secondary Homogenization First.
