Abstract

Fashion products are products with a rapid rate of change, all of this depends on the trends that are currently developing, trendsetters are usually hot issues at the moment. Sling bags are currently in great demand by teenagers in Indonesia. Sling bag is a bag that is easy to carry anywhere and practical. With bamboo raw materials, it is hoped that it will have a good impact on the world of fashion because bamboo is an environmentally friendly material and bamboo is easily renewable or rapidly renewable. A unique rectangular sling bag design was obtained with a height of 15 cm and a length of 20 cm and the color obtained was brown. In the process of applying processed cendani bamboo as a bag component, which becomes a unit. Based on problem testing and solution testing, the results obtained are the establishment of a new business model in the customer segments, value propositions, and renewal of the revenue streams component. Customer segments students, office and business workers, independent entrepreneurs, schools/universities, school & college internal organizations, and business companies.
