Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect analysis of workload and work compensation on job satisfaction of automotive sales in the city of Palembang. The population in this study are automotive sales employees. Sampling using thesnowball sampling method and obtained 130 samples. Hypothesis testing is done bymultiple regression analysis. The research results obtained show that the workload variable has a positive effect on the job satisfaction of automotive sales in the city of Palembang and the work compensation variable has a positive effect on the job satisfaction of automotive sales in the city of Palembang.
