Abstract
Background : Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis which attacks the lungs and several other organs of the body. The several risk factors that can affect tuberculosis include 6 aspects of the condition of the home environment. Objective : It is known that the risk factors for tuberculosis in the working area of the Sukarami Health Center. Method : This study uses a descriptive survey method. The population in this study were all residents of RT 72 Kebun Bunga, with the sampling technique using total sampling. The instruments used are hyrgrometer, lux meter and rollmeter. Data analysis used Univariate test. Results : in this study the ventilation area that met the requirements was 30 families (100%), the room temperature that met the requirements was 6 families (20%), the air humidity that met the requirements was 12 families (40%), the lighting that met the requirements was 30 families. (100%), residential density is categorized as dense as many as 2 families (6.7%), floor conditions that meet the requirements are 30 families (100%). Suggestion : Can be used as motivation for the community to pay more attention to the condition of the house, which allows for tuberculosis risk factors. Conclusion : based on the results obtained, there are two possible risk factors for tuberculosis in the RT 72 Kebun Bunga area, namely room temperature and humidity.
