Abstract

The development of the industrial world is currently very rapid so that each industry must be able to compete, especially in terms of the quality of the products it produces. CV. Lux is a company engaged in the convection sector, namely sewing, which produces office uniforms, shirts, jackets, alma mater, and pants. This company experienced several problems, namely some of the finished products sometimes had defects. To reduce the level of defective products produced, it is necessary to require a Standard Operations Procedure (SOP). In this study using the Quality Control Circle (QCC) method to minimize defective products produced. After using the Quality Control Circle (QCC) method on clothing and pants products at CV. Lux can minimize defective products from the previous defect percentage of 15.70% and for data the percentage of defects after repair is 8.33%.
