Abstract
Based on a survey conducted by mekari, employees who lack financial support from the company can be a factor that can influence employees intention to changes jobs or as known as tunrover intention. In addition, turnover intention can also occur because of job insecurity, which is an insecure situation for employees regarding the future of their work, then job satisfaction, and self-adjustment. This research aims to determine the relationship between job insecurity, job satisfaction and self-adjustment with turnover intention in the post-pandemic period. The research method in this study is a quantitative method with data collection techniques using a Likert scale. The results showed that there’s a significant relationship between job insecurity, job satisfaction, and self-adjustment with turnover intention with a significance value 0.000. The contribution between job insecurity, job satisfaction, and self-adjustment to turnover intention is 79.7%. The contribution between job insecurity variables to turnover intention is 0.304%. Job satisfaction on turnover intention is 16.8%. Self-adjustment to turnover intention is 62.65%. Keywords : Job insecurity, Job satisfiction, Self Adaptation, Turnover intention.
