Abstract

Women workers, namely prostitute women (WTS), certainly have work performance that is connected with high motivation so they have expectations and goals behind their work. The purpose of the study was to explore the dynamics of expectations in prostitute women. The methods to be used in this study are qualitative methods, and phenomenological types of approaches. Location around the South Sumatra region. In this study, the participants with the necessary criteria were elderly adult women, women who worked as prostitute women, women who had worked as prostitute women for many years. Data collection in this study is interviews. The results of the researchgoal of the participants is to work as prostitutes to collect money as capital with a certain desired period of time so that the hope can stop working in old age and gather with children and family and put aside self-esteem. Test credibility by increasing diligence, using reference materials, making member checks. Advice refers to the government or social services related to prostitute women providing rehabilitation or so on, the surrounding environment is more sensitive so as not to cause negative effects, especially for children.
