Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of motivation and compensation on employee performance at CV. Various Colors of Palembang. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Various Colors of Palembang. The research sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique and obtained 31 employees as the research sample. The results of this study indicate that motivation and compensation affect the performance of employees at CV. Aneka Warna Palembang. Keywords: Motivation, Compensation, Employee Performance
