Abstract

This study aims to test the effect and analyze of leadership style and morale on the performance of employees CV. Youro Maju Logam. This study used a saturated sampling method with the samples used were all employees of CV. Youro Maju Logam, totaling 55 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style variable has no positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work spirit variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the leadership style and work motivation variables simultaneously influence employee performance.
