Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable and to determine the effect simultaneously or concurrently of the independent variables on the dependent variable. In this study, researchers used empirical quantitative research. The population in this study were minimarket employees at OKI with a total sample of 100 respondents. In taking the sample, the researcher uses a purposive sampling technique to carry out non-probability sampling or by taking a sample based on the decision of the researcher, so that the sample taken only represents the population in question. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires containing statements and questions. In this study, researchers used research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing in data analysis techniques. Partial research results show that compensation and work motivation do not affect the performance of minimarket employees at OKI. While simultaneously the variables of compensation and work motivation also have no effect on the performance of minimarket employees at OKI.
