Abstract
This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance CV. Suherman. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Suherman. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the hypothesis in this study using SPSS 25. Based on the test results, it was concluded that organizational culture and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Suherman.
