Abstract

Culinary in Indonesia known for varieties of flavors, from sweet to spicy, as well as using Indonesian ingredients and spices. Culinary itself can be an important aspect for the tourism sector in all cities in Indonesia. The city of Palembang is one of the tourism cities that has varieties of culinary and some of the most famous tourist attractions are Musi River and Ampera Bridge. Palembang itself can be developed further in the tourism sector, culinary in the city of Palembang spread throughout the city of Palembang, and the green open area in the city of Palembang is still not met the requirement. Then came the idea to design a Culinary Garden Palembang that can be as a container for various types of local culinary Palembang with nuances of the park. The design of Culinary Garden Palembang can be a solution to advance the economy and contribute to increase the open space area in the city of Palembang. Culinary Garden Palembang uses contemporary architectural styles with analogy approach, and water as a theme, to create new nuances and up to date in the area around the Culinary Garden Palembang.
