Abstract

This practical work report contains the implementation of practical work, namely as a drafter at Palembang Architect Services which is under the auspices of the business entity CV. Jowon Solusindo by making technical working drawings of a 2-storey residential house with the Modern Ranch architectural style in Palembang. This practical work report is also supported by existing theories regarding practical work and the Modern Ranch style. The working drawings made come from a 3D Sketchup model that was given during the division of tasks by the practical workplace, which have gone through several revisions so that the working drawings are made in accordance with the rules of architectural drawings and also according to the wishes of the project giver. After finishing making working drawings, rendering lessons are given using the Lumion application. The final result of this practical work report consists of structural, utility, architectural, detailed, and rendering working drawings of the Modern Ranch residence.
