Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether the variables of work motivation and work discipline have an effect on the productivity of employees of PT Sungai Budi UP Palembang. The variables tested in this research are work motivation, work discipline and employee work productivity. The population and samples in this research are all employees of PT Sungai Budi UP Palembang, with the total sample of 32 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated / census sampling technique. The variables were then tested using multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that the variables of work motivation and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee work productivity. This study can be used as a reference for further researchers. Keywords : work motivation, work discipline, work productivity
