Abstract
The development of Information Technology has grown rapidly and has had many positive impacts on people's lives in general. One sector that has implemented technology is the banking industry. Banking as a trusted financial institution plays an important role in the economic system, where deposits are one of the products offered to provide convenience and security for customers in saving money. Bank Rakyat Indonesia is a banking institution that collects and distributes public funds, especially in providing credit and payment services, and has various types of financing products. However, there is often a physical accumulation of customer data and loss of some data due to the lack of a computerized deposit storage system. Therefore, in this study a deposit application design will be made with a prototype method to store customer data and simplify data search and storage for BRI Unit Sekanak bank customer service.
