Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aim to test the effect of ownership structure on firm value. Population of this study are 518 company which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014 – 2016. Samples are determined by using purposive sampling method. The criteria on this study are : companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period, published financial statements, and have complete data about the variables in this study. Samples obtained from purposive sampling method are 174 companies or 452 data observed. Data analysis uses multiple regressions analysis with SPSS 22. The results of the analysis show that the first hypothesis (H1) which states managerial ownership has affect firm value, supported. The second hypothesis (H2) which states institutional ownership has affect firm value, supported. Keywords : Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and Firm Value.
