Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine whether profitability, liquidity and debt policy has an influence towards stock price. The population in this study is a manufacture companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) periode 2010-2012 Sample is taken by using purposive sampling method. The number of sampels used by 28 companies. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The result show that the first hypothesis (HI) which states affect of profitability toward stock price, accepted. The second hypothesis (H2) that states affect of liquidity towards stock price, accepted. The third hypothesis (H3) which states debt policy affect towards stock price, rejected Keywords : Profitability, Liquidity, Debt Policy, and Stock Price
